So I have been eating right and exercising but I refuse to get on a scale and find out how much I have lost. Lately peow have been aayi g that they hVe notices the change in my body but I haven't seen it. However I can say that on Monday was the frist time that I noticed the weight lost. I put only favorite pair of boyfriend jeans and they were big on the waist. It was the best feeling in the world...also I made it thru IKEA today without buying a cinnamon bun and an ice cream. With that being said I will be going down stairs to make dinner... PEACE OUT

Baby Steps

Everyday I learn a little more about myself...this week my body has to adjust to going back to working out after three weeks off because of POLLEN...yes the yellow stuff that coats ur car like fairy dust. So today will in boot camp aka BOOTY CAMP I realized that I'm sting and my muscles remember being in this class. Even if in the last ten minutes of class my body felt like lead in my shuffle run I DUG DOWN DEEP...and finished up my last two stations because I knew I could do it. AND I DID DO IT!!!
Tomorrow is another day back at the body factor so good night y'all. Im going to try and stay up to support my heat but may be KNOCKED OUT before :00 in the fourth quarter

This wate don't taste like chocolate

So today after a conversation with my mother I realized that Lent is longer than the forty day period that I thought it was. It is actualy going to be 49 days however I did say that I wasn't going to go till Easter Sunday so it will be 46 days because I will be stopping at sundown on Good Friday.
With that being said today I tried to convince myself that water taste like chocolate and what did I realized...IT SURE DON'T TASTE LIKE NO DAMN CHOCOLATE... ;0) Other than making that discovery my day has been going really well and I look forward to next week Tuesday when I get to start bring back my beast mode of an exercise plan...only bevies I as shocking my body I want to take a week off from all activity that and I have been having some berthing problems because all of the pollen.

Sprinkle a little ashes on me!!!

So I have returned back to blogging….yeas I know I have said this many times before however this time it’s going to be different. Mainly because it’s just going to be a bunch of random thoughts, pictures and idea. I am going to take you inside of this crazy head of mind and finally let people know what I’m really thinking. So, if your coming here expecting to see perfect grammar…..PLEASE UNSCRIBE NOW!!!!

With that being said today is the first day of ASH WEDNESDAY….and that means that I have given something up for LENT. Of course many people believe that I should give up shopping (WAIT 4 IT) this will not be happening. Since at the beginning of the year I fasted for 40 days from shopping. I fell like when you fast at the beginning of the year you set the tone for the rest of your year. So for LENT I have decided to give up SWEETS & FRIED FOODS (PRAY FOR ME) If anyone knows me well they know I will eat healthy and workout, but if a donut, slice of cake, candy(especially Easter candy and candy corn) or piece of pie (hence the name of the blog) come across my face, I will forget about the 10 miles I just ran and my inner fat girl “Hilda” (She German for German chocolate cake) will come out and snatch whatever it is up before my mind can tell me to think about it.

With that being said, I just cleaned out my desk and house (even the sugar-free gum had to go) and will be going thru all 40 days of Lent. So if you have given up something just let me know….I will pray for YOU and you can pray for ME!!!!!

GROCERIES

Every Sunday since the new year has started I have been going to the grocery store and buying 1 weeks worth of groceries. I think its a really good plan becasue it keeps me focus on my meals for the week and i wont OVEREAT.
This week the list was very simple since many of the items i still had from week 2, oh did i forget....IM STARTING WEEK 3 with a 1lb weight lost. Yeah, I will take that one pound and run with it. But back to the grocery list. I realize that when i go to the market with a list im not rebuying things that i already have inside of my house so of course tha means that i am saving money. The power of the grocery list can be GREAT, only becasue that means that i have planned out all of my meals for the week and since im not deviating from the list I can easily pack my lunch and even fix my dinner for the week. Which helps especially since sometimes i get home about 30mins before my daily dinner time.





Yes i go to the grocery store with my cute purple grocery list that i pull outta of my purse. So as i go thru the outside aisle....lol...beacuse nothing on this list is in the inside aisle of the store. Yes, i am shocked  (snickering) that my food doesnt even get to be in the middle of the store. However,dont get me wrong i used to loved those middle aisle but because im not shopping them i now am saving extra money every week and now i can put fresh flowers inside of my house!!!!!

Weeken What!!!!!

So Saturday, was a pretty busy day for me i woke up and went Ballys to get my butt kicked in a 60 minute spin class by yet another PERKY spinning instructor. I was upposed to run but that was cut short by me busting my knee on the wall when i was feeding Zaire (DONT ASK) but all that came out of this was that i realized that i need to hurry up and get married becasue as i layed on the floor in too much pain to cry all i wanted was a husband to bring me an ice pack :( .
Then after the gym i zipped over to my dentist fr my bi-annual teeth cleaning. I cant be trying to make myself health and let the rest of me go to pots.LOL. Then of course like a dummy i didnt eat before i wewnt to the dentist so of course i was STARVING afterwards but ummm i had my teeth clean so i had to wait an additional 30 MINUTES before i can eat. To which i went over to Subway and got me a sub(NO CHEESE) before i ran into EJ Dominican to get my hair hooked up. Yes, now i actually have to take care of my hair since i have went back to the creamy crack and i cant walk around with my hair looking a mess. 
Of, course i have forgotten how long you have to be at the beauty salon when you are getting your hair done and since i had just waisted like 3 HOURS okay not waited invested. I decided that i will get my eyebrows threaded and man did the girl do such a good job. I love to get my eyebrows threaded cuz they are amazing afterwards but becasue i like to keep my eyebrows thick they can get to the point where they cross the point of no return. then after this is zipped over to Ann Taylor Loft and did a 3 hour shift and then went home and slept.Sunday when i woke up my knee was still hurting so i decide not to run HOWEVER, i did take Zaire on a one mile walk in my community. (he loved it) I watched the perfect show during my morning breakfast on MTV, "I Used To Be Fat", even though i dont like the motivation of the majority of the individuals who have been on the show the young lady Mackenzie showed what it was like to start off trying to lose weight for others and then realizing that its best to lose weight for myself. So with this being say i like to always find pictures of myself that let me know....GIRL U USED TO BE FAT

San Diego here I come

So I just signed up with TEAM in Training to do the Didge San Diego Rock and Roll Half Marathon. So let the fundraising an running begin. With this being the yer that I ru.
