VITAMINS

So today I am about to go and drop some serious cash at GNC on some multivitiams. My body has been playing tricks on me for the past two/three weeks. Either it has been lack of energy, to much energy (wired up so to the point were i cant sleep) and then my skin and nails are going crazy.
So the list of vitamins
  1. vitamin C
  2. calicum with vitamin d
  3. omega 3
  4. fiber
  5. hair, skin and nails vitamins

I figure that these should be able to whip me into shape and will give me what i need to finish my first half marathon...
