CALORIES

Yesterday, i calculated my calorie expendutire for the day. I was amazed to see that if i want to stay at my current weight that I need to eat 2300 calories a day....WTF...then to lose 2 pounds a week I am to cut 500 calories a day of eating and do 500 claories of exercise a day...That would leave me with 1600 calories a day. CHILD BOO, now I know how thoses people on the Biggest Loser be losing a bunch of weight on the show....cuz they was propbably eatig 4000-6000 calories a day to stay at their weight. So when they give them 1600-2000 calories a day to eat and exercise for 5-8 hours a day the weight falls right off...Dor myself I just want to be a good size to run a half marathon and hopefully treat my body good enough to run a marathon one day (two years from now)

BREAKDOWN

So i broke down today and had me some fries....sad day...so i came home and ate dinner at five o'clock...took me a nap and then did something that i am trying to get used to. I ran 4 miles...and they where 4 miles none stop. I am still getting used to the concept of running but it is comming along. Tomorrow I am off to MIAMI for my mothers birthday, so peace out yall....cuz Saturday I have class, running errands and then 8 miles. Keep me in your prayers as i run on Saturday bring my week total up to 20 miles...wheew just saying it make me tired...lol

NO FRIES PLEASE

It official my students have started their CBT...and now they want to feed them. So, today I didnt take any food because it was all fried...french fries and chicken nuggets. I had a total of five french fries that i stole off of my students then came back to school and ate the rat of my lunch.
This morning I did wake up and did my spinning class and also walked a mile today. However, I didnt do my interval training because I felt that it was better if I just do my intervals as warm up for my strength training class. Off, to bed i go because tomorrow I will be at strength training, running, and dance practice....I LOVE Wednesdays

its a START

Today, i ran my first long run...it was 6 miles in one hour and twenty-nine minutes....CAN U SAID PAT ON DA BACK. I was really proud of this moment becasue the last time that I ran this far was when i was training and ran my first 12k. I ran this in about 20mins more, so i am on track with that time. However, I want to run my half marathon in under three hours, so i have some training to do.
Right now i dont feel tired but tomorrow will tell. Will i want to lie on the floor and not move or will i be full of energy and ready to move. On a lighter note tomorrow my para has to act crazy to get out of jury duty...so lets get an Oscar/Emmy/Golden Globe Mrs. Cobb me and the kiddies need you.

HEAT+RUNNING=3 HOUR NAP

So, today i got off early and decided to go home and run again. Bad idea: i got in 1.5 miles in 18mins that was the good part, came inside to get water and was bout to die. Had to change my game plansaid i will go back when it is cooler however i just woke up from a GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD three hour...so now i am back up again getting ready to finish my other 1.5 miles. This time more water and the sun must be down.

LORD I NEED YOU

I need to seriously be renew with energy, so I can get up and go and run these three miles....man i having being doing excellent on the food and exercise. So, I dont wanna mess up now. Short post just had to get this written down.....

So I, didnt get to run today which means that tomorrow i will be running three miles and doing some weight training....YEAH ME(not!!!)

Off to bed I go I will try my best to watch as much of the Real Housewives of Atlanta (RHOA) but Lord knows in bout thrity minutes its all ZZZZZZS for me

POR QUE

So, i was just supposed to get the new Jayz album and X-Men DVD....ended up with a new desktop...and also the new Trick Daddy album (305 all day)...But i wanna justify the purchase as a good thing for my blog and it will help me monitor my progress with my heart monitor...and the new pedometer that is on it way to my house as i speak.
Why? would I need a pedometer, because today myself and my paraprofessional sign up for Healthy Miles a program being offered thru our health insurance. We can sign up for cash rebates from different business and also for discounts...for working out and eating right....Im DERE...off to the gym (WEIGHTS AND A QUICK MILE) then off to dance practice...somewhere i will be eating dinner and a snack???but for now i am outta...maybe will be posting tonight if not to tired...so look for the tweets if no

Biggest Loser

I am one of the devoted fans of the Biggest Loser. I been watching the show since the original host from Sabrina Teenage Witch was on, however I have never truly been shocked by the contestants coming on the show. Well, today was the day. They had a women on there who was 479lbs. She was bigger then her male partner. I felt so bad that she made me wanna cry. Because i know all she can think about was that America just saw her weight and everyone cannot believe how she can be that big. This is why I watch the show, because I like to see the transformation and it keeps me in check. Normally, I watch the show with my dinner so it always helps me from getting that extra helping and it keeps me in order. This show is one of the reasons that I am running a half marathon in November and hopefully next year I will be running a full out marathon.


SIDE NOTE
Today was a hard day up at 5:00am spinning at 5:30am, walked a mile with my Easytones. So tomorrow i gotta make up for my interval run because i got out to late from my IEP training. So I will running, strength training and dancing tomorrow...give me STRENGTH and THANK DA LORD ITS A 1/2 DAY

i aint finish

So today i map out my game plan and started my new Mii on my Wii Fit console. The funny thing is that I have started playing around with my Wii when i got it last year, but and keep up for a whole three months, but then feel off. So now i am starting over and have created a new Mii.
If you followed me on Twitter today you would have noticed my Reebok Easytone, and these things are the truth. I used them yesterday just to walk Zaire once around the community but didn't really feel anything. So, today i walked my mile at school with my students and wore them the rest of the day, and man what a difference. I mean my butt, calves, and back of thighs truly felt the burn. I figure this would be a good additive to my training schedule.
Will be posting tomorrow before i pass out in my bed, seeing that tomorrow is 500am spinning at Ballys, and according to my training schedule i will be doing interval running on the treadmill.

Guess who BAZZAC

okay, SO TOMORROW OFFICIALLY STARTS MY HALF MARATHON TRAINING....I have had a goooooood break and now really need to get serious. My registration is done, my shoe(s) have been brought, and my schedule is complete. To make this even more of a commitment on my part I am gonna involve my students inside of my training. So a calender is going up and I will be updating my students as well as you guys. Cuz I need all of the support that I can get to finish this race.
