IM BACK

So over the pass month and a half I have:

1.) Met my Fundraising Goal
2.) Signed up for Another 1/2 Marathon
3.) Ran my first 1/2 Marathon











But this is just the beginning of my journey to living a healthy lifestyle. During this crazy process of 9 months i shed a total of 51lbs.....YES I SAID 51LBS...so what is a girl to do but start up a second phase of this fitness journey which is going to be titled "OHLETSDOIT" yes from that famous poet Mr. Wacka Flaka Flame...lol..OKAY that was hard to do with a straight face but it is what this journey is going to be called.
So I always talk about eating clean and about the author Tosca Reno, the writer of the "Eat Clean Diet" book, which i like to say is not a diet but rather a way to live. This however will be the first time that i will be following the cooler 1 plan since i just go with the regular cooler 2 plan. So for the next 14 days i will be eating like i have never eaten before. But no only will i be eating completly clean i am also going to start eating with organic meats. So 14 days from now will be my first post about how much weight i have lost, bu every day i will be posting about what i ate, how i felt, and also post pictures of my meals and my day.
Now as far as diet i will be eating clean, but because i have signed up for another 1/2 marathon i will be logging some serious miles on the road and the treadmill. I am also going to be doing the ChaLean Extreme workout system for 60 days so i will like to see the results that my body is able to give me on day 61.
