So it amazes me whenever i have to take measurements of my body....BECAUSE....I then realize how big my bottom is. I use this body every day to run and lift weights but i mean hopefully as long as my thighs get smaller i can always wear smaller sizes of clothing cuz i dont think these butt cheeks are gonna shrink.
These butt cheeks help me cross the finish line at over 12 races in my running career.
These butt cheeks help me finish countless spinning classes and many boot camp workouts.
These butt cheeks are looking forward to doing some other fantastic fitness things but fr now they are gonna train for my next 1/2 marathon and hopefully a 5k before January.
Oh, today was a great day because i was able to meet all of the members in my fitness group and they are so cool. They have struggles lie me and they dont always feel like working out and three out of the four are all training for the same Disney World 1/2 Marathon in January. So i am really hyped and looking forward to hanging and chatting with the girls between now and January 7th.

Luck of the Irish
Today in Dublin.Ireland more than 13,000 people ran the Adidas Marathon. I plan on being in that number next year, and in fact i wanted to be part of the number that FINISHES the race. I have been making myself become a runner over the years but in the past 11 months i have decided to take it more seriously. I really never thought hat i would start to enjoy the feeling that i get when i run. I mean i wouldn't run for the bus it was that bad but now if i ever had to run after the bus i would so RUN in a heart beat.
So the goal is in 365 years i will be running in Dublin
Almost forgot i am training now for my third 1/2 Marathon in January in Orlando. i will be running with Mickey, Goofy and hopefully Donald (I LOVE THAT DUCK)

Guess whose BIZACK
So I finally am back to blogging and I have never been so excited to get this thing started. So I have been away from you guys for a while and decided to come back with a more revamp blog that empathizes all of the things I have going on in my life. So it's still a place where I go to talk about how I am dealing with this thing called HEALTHY LIVING but along the way I'm gonna have fun doing it. Almost a year ago I decided to start eating right an take up running. During that time I was able to discover that I'm a lot stronger then I think and also I got my joy back.
I'm currently training for the Women's 1/2 Marathon in St. Petersburg, FL in November. So tomorrow I'm starting week 3 of 12 weeks for training it will be a two abbey Kanin working out in the morning and then workin out again an hour after dinner so pray that I make it y'all.

Daily recap
So I adore this dress from Ann Taylor Loft my favorite store in the world, I wore it with a black patent leather dress not picture. These shoes are really high and also really comfy. Its amazing because you wouldn't think that these would get me thru the entire day without any problems but they DID. Amazingly this was my first day at a new school ad it is freezing in my classroom. So this sweater came in handy becasue I needed ths thing after 30mins of being inside of my classroom.
No exercising for today becasue today is a REST day.
Had to also shout out my meal for today. This thing was soooooooo good that I had to take a picture of it.

6-8-2010 Recap
So yesterday I was way to tired to even blink let alone type my post here. So this is a recap of yesterday events after lunch time.
Yesterday I came home for lunch, so to insure that i went to the gym I returned back to work in my workout gear. So on the way to the gym i had some errands to run and stop off to on of many GNCs that I pass on my way to the gym. Anyways, I had to run in and get me some protein powder, since when the summer comes around I love to always have protein shakes with fresh fruit. These will be even better cuz they are with the fruit that I picked myself.
After leaving GNC I ran over to DSW...also know to me as OMG THESE SHOES ARE CUTE!!!! I did my normal walk around the store and try on shoes thing, because not only am i committed to doing sixty days of ChaLean but i am also not shopping for the first 30 DAYS...(PRAY 4 ME PLEASE). While there I came across Steve Madden Luxe line. One of the shoes was to die for...which I will not post cuz in fear that someone may buy them...lol.
Then of course I ran over to my gym just in time to do a 2 mile run and a 50 minute spin class at Bally....my next home until I finish my half-marathon in October.
Then after working out I came home and made myself some soup...YES IT WAS 95 DEGREES OUTSIDE. But I love soup all types of soup and I can eat it all year long. The soup I had was pumpkin, shrimp and onion soup. Its a variation on the soup found in Eat Clean cookbook.This time I added some diced green chili and I also included some red chili flake sauce....CUZ I LOVE IT....

So we back to day 1
So if you noticed i haven't been on here for a week because i had some final things I had to attend to for school and work. So translation I ATE LIKE A SLOB AND DIDN'T EVEN SEE THE GYM OR WEIGHTS. I am starting my thirty days back off a 1(in my Brain McKnight voice).
Last night i spent thirty minutes of prep time while watching Bridezilla and My Fair Wedding on WE to get my stuff together as far as all of my meals for tomorrow. So when it came time for me to wake up this morning I had all my meals ready even to the "IF U STILL HUNGRY SNACK"
Finally making it home at 7pm I made myself a quick brown rice mixed with string beans and craisins.
Salmon, rice mixture, half a sweet potato and half of an Arnold Sandwich Thins bun with 1/3 of a tsp of Coconut Oil....LOVE IT... Finally I'm off to do some ChaLean (DAY 1...AGAIN) then get ready for work tomorrow...I SEE SPINNING IN MY FUTURE!!!!!

Breakfast was some Uncle Sam cereal with strawberries (i picked them myself) and I been trying the whole organic thing so it was Organic milk.
Next up was my lunch which i packed in my Handy Dandy Dooney and Burke lunch bag and yes it does make the food better..lol
Which had my go to snack a Muscle Milk in chocolate...vanilla not so good...but i been really wanting to try banana but haven't been able to.
Cuz i have been eating everything with red pepper flake sauce I also had to add some fish sauce. (ASIAN MARKET JUNKIE)
